“32 percent of those polled in United Surveys’ election poll for Wirtualna Polska published Sunday will vote for PiS, and nearly 24 percent. on KO. The PiS result does not in itself give this party a majority, according to calculations by United Surveys.
A slight drop in PiS and KO
According to the results 32 percent. of respondents who declare to vote for PiS is 1.1 percentage points higher than less than in the previous survey two weeks ago.
Voting for the Civic Coalition was declared by 23.8 percent. respondents, by 1.3 percentage points less than two weeks earlier.
The Polish 2050 coalition with the Polish People’s Party could count on 14.7 percent. vote, and the Confederacy for 11.2 percent and the left for 8.4 percent.
Percentage increase in the number of doubters
0.2 percent would vote for the AgroUnion and Agreement coalition. respondents, 9.7 percent. respondents could not indicate who they would vote for, which represents an increase of 1.3 percentage points.
56.8% of voters declared to participate in the elections. respondents, 40.9 percent. don’t vote.
According to United Surveys calculations, PiS would win 179 seats in the Sejm, KO – 128, Poland 2050 and PSL – 71, Konfederacja would have 49 deputies, and the left – 32. One seat would go to the German minority. With such a result, as the poll authors point out, PiS, even in cooperation with the Confederation, could not count on a majority in the Sejm, as they would have a total of 228 seats. In turn, KO+Polska 2050+PSL+Lewica together would have a majority – 231 seats.
The United Surveys survey for Wirtualna Polska was conducted on April 27-30, 2023 using the CAWI method & CATI 50/50 on a representative group of one thousand respondents.
