“In the European Parliament, a moving exhibition of Elizabeth Ohlson’s work. The Swedish artist has been referring to the problems of refugees, the homeless and the rights of LGBT people in her work for years,” Leszek Miller wrote on Twitter.
In his entry, the MEP refers to the scandalous exhibition, which includes a photo of a figure resembling Jesus Christ surrounded by people in clothes associated with sadomasochism, or a photo of a naked figure of a man in a pose that resembles Jesus nailed to the cross, to which another naked man is clinging.
Letter to the EP leadership
Let us remind you that PiS MEP Izabela Kloc has sent a letter to the European Parliament’s management about the exhibition in the EP building and “desecration of Christian symbols”.
There is nothing noble about trampling upon the sacred values of others
said Kloc.
“Stupid, don’t touch”
Internet users responded to Miller’s entry, but have a slightly different view of the exhibition.
Stupid, don’t touch.
I’ve never been so excited before.
