The extension of the EU emissions trading system (ETS) to construction and transport will be prohibitively expensive. The ETS is a speculative and harmful system that will affect us all, Solidarna Polska spokesman Jacek Dekora said on Sunday.
“European tribute”
This means that the Polish family is taxed. This European tribute is extended to construction. This is something incredible. Instead of stopping the train against the wall, the train still accelerates
– said the Ornament during Sunday.
At the same time, he expressed his opposition to such changes and appealed to the European People’s Party, which includes PO, not to support such solutions and to withdraw from them.
It is a pity that people elected from Poland do not represent Polish interests, do not represent Poles, because they vote for high prices
he assessed.
“ecocommune”
In turn, Solidarna Polska MEP Beata Kempa said that “the accelerator has been pressed by the European Commission, and of course the European Parliament, with the votes of those who probably live in a bubble, because they do not notice that their societies are also starting to revolt, there is nothing else, if you can say boldly – ecocommuna.
She added that “Construction ETS will raise rents on an unprecedented scale.”
When it will be necessary to draw up energy performance certificates for buildings, it is mainly to impose this tax. Even the monuments were not spared
– she said.
We will have a very heavy burden for Polish families, about PLN 300 per family member, about PLN 1,200 for an average family of two plus two per month. Who will be able to resist? Maybe eco-crazy do, but normal Poles don’t. We ask that the ETS be suspended
emphasizes Kemp.
Donald Tusk wants to march for eco-madness. It was his deputies who voted for a massive increase in the cost of living for Polish families
she added.
