Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, said that media reports about the subversive and intelligence activities of the Russian Federation in Northern Europe are a stuffing to which Moscow will respond. It has been reported DEA News.
“Actually, this is a coordinated fake story about “subversive activities” allegedly carried out by Russia in Northern European countries for years,” said Zakharova.
According to him, in violation of international privacy law, “photo and video materials, personal data of both former and current employees of Russian foreign missions” were made public.
Zakharova added that no evidence was presented that Russian diplomats were operating illegally.
The representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry added that the Russian side will continue to respond sharply to all such provocations and implement retaliatory actions.
Earlier, RBC-Ukraine, referring to the Danish DR channel, wrote that “Russian spy ships are preparing for possible sabotage” in Denmark and Scandinavia.
Danish broadcast sources said that there were numerous Russian ships probing the bottom of the sea in the waters around Denmark, Norway, Finland and Sweden. The newspaper writes that such data “will help the Russian Federation to prepare sabotage at wind farms, gas pipelines and communication cables.”
