Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters during a briefing that the United States has never stopped trying to run intelligence in Russia, but has encountered corresponding opposition.
“Our special services and counterintelligence units are performing their duties. Peskov never gave up the US business and attempts to conduct intelligence activities with us, ”said Peskov.
He noted that this was met with opposition from the Russian side.
