Commenting on the electronic subpoena law and the registration of persons responsible for military service, Matvienko, Chairman of the Federation Council, said that it caused a lot of “stormy comments” on the network. It has been reported DEA News.

“The law has caused a lot of heated comments on the Internet,” Matvienko said during a discussion about the law at the Federation Council of the Russian Federation.

As the Russian senator added, for him such an unhealthy exaggeration was the result of a flaw in the legislators.

In response, Matvienko denied the allegedly self-developed version of the bill.

“Automatic enlistment is not a right but a duty of a citizen, it exists even now,” he added.

Wednesday, April 12, Federation Council approved the law in the combined register of military records and electronic agendas.

The day before, on April 11, the State Duma adopted at the second and third readings amendments to the creation of a unified electronic register of military records and electronic agendas.

Maksut Shadayev, head of the Russian Ministry of Digital Development, also declarationthat the unified register of persons responsible for military service will not be launched before the autumn draft of 2023.
