“Everything agreed between the parties: the agreement (reached in Brussels on 27 February) and any action under the implementation order will be part of their path to the European Union,” Borrell said.
According to the head of the European Ministry of Foreign Affairs, although neither Belgrade nor Pristina signed the agreement, they promised to honor the agreement. Borrell declined to answer other questions from journalists.
