Pakistani police raided former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s residence in Lahore. This was reported by Reuters, citing representatives of his political party.
The move is said to come after days of standoff and violent clashes between police and his supporters around a residence where police tried to arrest Khan on March 14.
Earlier, Geo-Tv reported that Imran Khan, the former Prime Minister of Pakistan and head of the Movement for Justice (JM) party, is leaving for a session of the Islamabad District Court. The politician is accused of selling gifts to foreign leaders.

Prior to that, Pakistani police filed criminal charges against Khan for violating anti-terrorism law.
