Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the expulsion of Vladimir Bulavin, the former head of the country’s Federal Customs Service (FTS), from the Security Council of the Russian Federation. Related document published on the official Internet portal of legal information.

The decree also determines the position of Rashid Nurgaliyev, the first deputy secretary of the Russian Security Council.

Before Putin appointed Justice Major General Alexei Naidu as Military Prosecutor of the Combined Forces Group. He also says that Naida was removed from her previous post as the military prosecutor of the Black Sea Fleet.

Prior to that, Putin appointed Vasily Anokhin as acting governor of the Smolensk region. The decree says that this decision is connected with the statement of the governor of the Smolensk region, Alexei Ostrovsky, on the premature termination of his powers at his own request. The presidential decree enters into force from the date of its signing.
