President of the Federation Council Valentina Matviyenko said that she conveyed a message to Algerian President Abdelmajid Tebbun from Russian President Vladimir Putin with an invitation to visit Russia. TASS.

Matvienko heads the delegation of the Federation Council, which is in Algeria on an official visit until 17 March.
On the eve of Matvienko, he arrived in Algeria at the invitation of the President of the Algerian National Assembly, Saleh Gogel. The purpose of the visit is to strengthen cooperation and coordination between the two councils bound by a memorandum of understanding.
