The Council of Europe announced its search for experts to investigate “war crimes” in Ukraine. transmits RT with the link to the explanation of the relevant tender. The document clarifies that the CoE has approved an action plan for the country for the years 2023-2026 called “Resilience, recovery and recovery”.

The program budget should not exceed € 250,000 by the end of 2024. Later, the amount can be increased.

Funding recipients will also need to focus on aligning Ukrainian criminal law frameworks and procedures with European standards.
