Forest unions and the Forest Service organized a press conference in front of Civic Platform headquarters in Warsaw. Reference was made to Janina Ochojska’s scandalous words about Polish foresters.
The spokesman for Staatsbosbeheer took the floor.
Janina Ochojska’s words and accusations are absurd and inelegant. Staatsbosbeheer informed the public prosecutor of this case. Staatsbosbeheer demands compensation for the organization of humanitarian aid of PLN 200,000 in civil proceedings
– said Michal Gzowski.
The head of “Solidarność” Leśna, Jacek Cichocki, described Ochojska’s words as destroying the Polish nation.
Mrs. Ochojska’s words about forest rangers are untrue, contemptuous, threaten the uniform of a Polish forest ranger and destroy the Polish nation. I hope that Mrs Ochojska will apologize to all Poles
– he said.
The head of the Polish Forestry Association decided that the words of the MEP elected with the support of the PO should be stigmatized.
Suggesting that my colleagues run through the woods and dig mass graves where they hide dead people is under all criticism. It slanders the good name of honest working people, it insults their dignity. The utterance of such words should be stigmatized
he said.
Tusk and Ochoyska
Gzowski also referred to Donald Tusk. The spokesman for Staatsbosbeheer expects the PO leader to speak out about Ochojska’s shameful words.
We demand an immediate apology from Ms. Ochojska and ask the PO if this is your official position or Donald Tusk’s position. We demand that you express your opinion on this subject and clearly state your position
– said Michal Gzowski.
