Politico names Estonian lawmaker Rein Epler the worst haircut politician 07:56

According to Dallison, Epler couldn’t decide which haircut she wanted to get, so she decided to have them all done at once. The observer states that the Estonian MP looks like he is wearing a helmet and is ready for battle.
