North Korean leader Kim Jong-un congratulated Xi Jinping on his re-election as President of the People’s Republic of China. In this respect informs Korea Central News Agency (KCNA).
Kim Jong-un sent “the most sincere congratulations on his re-election” to the Chinese leader and noted the “high confidence” the Chinese party, government and people have in Xi Jinping.
“Our party, government and people are pleased that in recent years the Chinese party, government and people have made remarkable progress in their struggle to build a modern socialist country,” the congratulatory telegram said.
“Today, the two parties and the two countries defend and advance the common cause of socialism, maintaining close support and solidarity,” the North Korean leader said. He expressed hope that the friendly relations between DPRK and China will continue to “deep and develop”.
Chinese National People’s Congress (NPC) lawmakers unanimously on March 10 re-elected Xi Jinping for third term as President of China. He will rule the country for another five years.
Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated Xi Jinping will be re-elected as President of the People’s Republic of China. He noted that Russia highly appreciated Xi Jinping’s personal contribution to strengthening the comprehensive partnership between the two states.
