Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said that the US Ambassador to Moscow, Lynn Tracy, did not request a meeting at the Foreign Ministry after the Russian authorities’ decision to suspend participation in the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (START). Words lead the way DEA News.
