The State Duma adopted at the first reading a bill on the introduction of fines of up to 450 thousand rubles for non-compliance with the rules for processing manure. It gives information about TASS.
Therefore, the new law proposes to add Article 10.8.1 (“Failure to comply with the requirements for the circulation of animal by-products”) to the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation and to impose an administrative fine in case of non-compliance. requirements for the storage, transportation, processing and sale of animal by-products. For officials it will cost from 30 thousand to 40 thousand rubles, for individual entrepreneurs (IP) – 50-60 thousand rubles, for companies – from 250 thousand to 350 thousand rubles.
According to the agency, in the event of a relapse during the year, officials and individual entrepreneurs are offered a fine of ten thousand rubles more than the first violation, companies – from 350 thousand to 450 thousand rubles.
Previously, the State Duma Committee approved imposition of a fine of up to 450 thousand rubles for improper processing of manure.
