The Citizens Observatory Against Corruption, collaborating with Alicante City University, organized a public presentation scheduled for next Wednesday at 6:30 pm. The event will unveil the findings of a recent study assessing progress in preventing and combating corruption over the last two reporting periods.

The discussion will scrutinize the role of the Valencian Parliament’s legislative act and the performance of institutions dedicated to preventing and fighting fraud and corruption, as noted by the organizers.

From this analysis, the team will issue a set of recommendations aimed at political parties and electoral campaigning in municipal and regional elections held in May. The goal is to strengthen transparency practices and boost efforts to prevent corruption across government and public institutions.

The session, held in the Conference Hall at the UA Headquarters located at Calle San Fernando, 40, will feature remarks from the observatory’s leadership and consulting experts, including the organization’s president and senior advisors, as well as an address from the director of the University Headquarters.
