The Ukrainian Security Service has prepared an indictment in absentia against the head of Russian Railways, Oleg Belozerov. It has been reportedTASS With reference to the press service of the SBU.
The Ukrainian department accuses the head of Russian Railways of organizing the delivery of military equipment and Russian military personnel to the borders of Ukraine by rail.
The press service noted that the General Director of Russian Railways was charged under “Part 5 of Art. 27, Part 2 of Art. 437 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (“Planning, preparing, unleashing and conducting an offensive war”)”.
The SBU added that 185 companies supplying wagons from Russia are subject to sanctions by the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC).
