What will the European Commission do after Poland adopts the law on the Supreme Court? Will he pay us the money from the National Recovery Plan or will he cheat again, as in the previous attempt to reach an agreement?

According to the workshop study Social changes by order of the portal wPolityce.plthe largest group of respondents – to 43 percent – there is no clear advice on this matter. These are the respondents who chose the answer “difficult to say”.
In opinion 37 percent – The European Commission will “set further conditions that Poland will have to fulfill”. More than a third of Poles are therefore convinced that our concessions will not yield results.
In opinion 20 per cent respondents, the European Commission will release funds from the National Reconstruction Plan for Poland after the adoption of the law on the Supreme Court.
Poles are therefore not convinced that meeting the conditions in the sphere of the judiciary will close the case. It is certainly to be hoped that Brussels will keep its word this time, but the fact that so many Poles take a very sober view of the mattersays a lot about our experience with the European Union.

The research was conducted using the CAWI method (Computer Assisted Web Interview) from January 20 to 23, 2023, on an online panel, on a nationwide, representative (in terms of: gender, age, size of residence) sample of Poland . N=1053 people participated in the study.
