Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel said that the US authorities are trying to disrupt the integration processes in Latin America in order to subordinate the countries of the region to their own interests. It has been reported TASS.
He stressed that “the stubborn reality will always be stronger than any attempt to divide” Latin American countries.
“Therefore, it is urgent to gather ranks and design a strategic vision for economic, social and cultural integration that will enable us to move forward towards sustainable development,” Diaz-Canel said.
Former Russian President Vladimir Putin spent Telephone conversations with his Cuban counterpart, Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez, where the leaders exchanged views on current issues of bilateral cooperation and agreed to intensify contacts at various levels.
