The organizers of the project are the Youth Union of the Republic of Belarus and the State Committee of Science and Technology with the support of the Ministry of Education.
Participants in the competition need to fill out the applications on the project website, go through several rounds. The winners are awarded with diplomas, figurines, prize money and grants.

Putin last met with Lukashenka at the CSTO summit in Yerevan last week. However, a separate meeting of the heads was not reported.
The official meeting of the two leaders took place in Sochi at the end of May. They talked one on one.
