Slutsky noted that such rhetoric of the Kyiv authorities is “further proof that they do not need any dialogue, all the talk about the negotiations is nothing but fiction.”
According to Slutsky, Ukraine is trying to speak to everyone in the language of an ultimatum and is “not afraid to dictate” its terms to the OSCE.
