The “bulk delivery” function appeared in the personal account of Yandex Go corporate customers. It will help companies organize employee transportation home. Yandex’s press service is relevant for large industries, restaurants, bars, hotels and call centers, where the service is mainly engaged in shift work.
The algorithm of the new function independently creates the optimal route: it is enough to upload a list of employees with addresses and phone numbers to your personal account. After that, the system will automatically determine who needs to go in one direction, create suitable routes and distribute them to colleagues by car.
Prior to this, managers had to manually organize the process of transporting employees home, independently dispersing people into cars, and thinking through routes.
The company said that now rapid data entry and aggregated information about all participants’ travels helps management save resources, and that the solution will save on trips when employees are on the road.
“Bulk delivery” is available for all Yandex Go corporate customers. New customers just need to go through the standard registration process.
Yandex says it started offering taxi services for legal entities six years ago, and more than 82,000 customers use them today.
