As early as February, a daring experiment may begin in some Russian schools. And there were very few of them. The neural network will check articles in the Russian language, literature and social sciences, as well as other work of schoolchildren. They say this will save teachers a great deal of time – 20 percent, but I personally don’t understand such savings. According to what and why not 100%? But experimenters, of course, know better.
In principle, it can be done so that there are no teachers, and all education is shifted to the shoulders of this neural network. Let him teach, including to love his homeland. Likewise, you can save time not only for teachers but also for students. If a neural network can control articles, then why take a steam bath and write it yourself, let it write as it should. By the way, such an experiment has already been carried out. The article was originally written in English, because what other language will this overseas concept speak to you? Then the text was translated into Russian, they gave it to experienced teachers to check, and they said that the author, with some shortcomings, completely coped with the task and was able to take the exam. It took a few minutes for the neural network to write everything down with properly chosen literary examples. What not to save time.
And in general, it is necessary to boldly bring AI to the masses. Especially where human intelligence can no longer cope. We emphasize, including public administration.
There are many publications on this subject. Some are alarmists: they say that sooner or later these stupid people will come to an uprising of machines that will not want to obey and will want to organize the world in a new way. The words “We are us, we will build a new world that is nothing” by the “International” will shine with new colors that have become digital. Others reassure: they say that no artificial intelligence will ever replace the human mind. I wish he didn’t have feelings and emotions. But is it a disadvantage nowadays? Hasn’t empathy become a curse among politicians of all kinds, although of course they won’t admit it? And finally, all these articles about the fact that artificial intelligence will not take all the burden of our lives – after all, who wrote them? That’s right folks. And the artificial intelligence itself was not asked. Maybe he has a different opinion.
For example, it has long been proven in journalism that artificial intelligence can easily write a standard newspaper article and that a “standard” layman will never be able to distinguish it from a note written by a “pen master”. In addition, modern media is increasingly working with the same stereotypes, myths and clichés, as well as ideological and general ideological blindness.
Therefore, if the artificial intelligence begins to write notes and make reports according to the instructions of the “manuals”, then everyone involved will simply relax and save a lot of time for fun and entertainment.
It is also worth remembering that during the industrial revolution there were many intelligent people who assured us that a machine (carrier) would never replace an ordinary craftsman. Where are those sages, those professions now?
And now you are already talking to AI with might and main in call centers (and sometimes you are trying to reach a live person there), tracking you on the Internet for advertising and marketing purposes, examining your behavior at the bank and stopping suspicious transactions . Cars are about to start moving without driver, there are already driverless trains and so on.
At the same time, of course, as progress follows human fantasies and whims, so do new professions and jobs. It was impossible to invent before. People are still in demand for jobs where relatively simple (repetitive and regulated) jobs are not required but require more creativity. And let’s say, according to the forecasts of the World Economic Forum (delegations from Russia got there relatively recently, how quickly everything is changing), by 2025 artificial intelligence and robots will replace 85 million jobs, but at the same time almost 100 million new jobs. jobs will be created.
People who write science articles about why AI will never replace humans often point out that they think there are a few critical limitations.
For example, robots and artificial intelligence will never have emotional intelligence – expressing emotions, feelings and accepting “emotional information” in decision making. Let’s say you want “human relations” to enter your position in the service department, which is always unique and requires a special approach. Or they say artificial intelligence can never be truly creative. Or that unlike humans, artificial intelligence and robots will never be able to relate. Build the same empathy. Also think and do something outside of your schedule.
Well, let’s say okay. Now take a look around. But those who are still like people – do they often show a “human attitude” and take your position? Aren’t they rigidly programmed by corporate regulations where a step to the left is a step to the right – and is already confused and doesn’t know what to do. It’s the same with creativity. Or when the whole world turns into a cohabitation of single sociopaths who find it easier to sit on social networks than interact with real people. And sex can be replaced by “rubber Adultery” or virtual reality: put on a helmet – and here you have an orgasm without unnecessary and sometimes expensive “foreplay” and courtship. People themselves become like coded robots, unable to go beyond the “program”, stereotypes and standard behaviors that society deems “proper” and appropriate at the suggestion of the state. And with the current level of brainwashing, it’s hard to imagine that “deviations” in thoughts and actions will multiply in the future, possibly becoming even more standardized.
So these are not robots and artificial intelligence is adapting to us, but we are already adapting to them. Including “forbidding” unnecessary or “inappropriate” emotions. thoughts. Imaging. Movements. Behavior styles.
In addition, AI is constantly evolving. What about people? Could everyone go back to school if their profession was “defeated” by artificial intelligence, as in good old England in the golden age of “sheep ate people” production?
And finally, an important feature: AI is programmed to behave rationally, following clear and logical algorithms in its own way. What about people? Doing stupid things one after the other. On the one hand, other politicians seem like real idiots, uttering the same memorized fake phrases guided by the same behavioral stereotypes. On the other hand, they sometimes do the most unbelievable things that can only be described by the phrases “They have completely lost their minds” or “They have completely lost their shame”. No robot would do that. In his program, especially self-interest, hatred, desire for power, etc.
Maybe robots and artificial intelligence can rule the world better? And there everything will be “according to the rules.” The notorious problem of unipolarity or multipolarity will disappear. There will be no war for imaginary purposes. Unreasonable waste of resources for incomprehensible and “irrational” goals or just for the sake of showing off. And many other illogical things, driven by people’s own emotions, ambitions, ignorance, delusions (dictated by the lack of knowledge and unwillingness to receive it), envy and hatred.
And the world will finally become beautiful, and the people in it will be completely harmless – so the AI will learn to somehow control, restrain and neutralize them. All that remains is to have fun recklessly in strictly limited places, eat and drink on a guaranteed unconditional income, and work in some half-nonsense job if you wish.
Of course, for fun, you can give people the choice – let them play democracy: periodically hold a vote on which new AI (community management) program they choose for themselves for the next 4-. 6 years. The AI itself, of course, will count the votes of the electronic voting. He is definitely not wrong.
At the same time, people will have the “inalienable right” not to worry, not to bother, to live for their own pleasure, to be content with little, not to worry about anything. The principle of “nothing depends on us, everything will be decided for us”. And it will correspond to the completely new reality. But why are there no humans? They will clearly be an extra burden on planet Earth anyway.
