Renat Karchaa, advisor to the general director of Rosenergoatom, noted that Kyiv’s messaging about the workers at the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant has grown more aggressive. This assessment was reported by TASS.

According to Karchaa, Ukrainian propaganda in terms of content, style and form has become more primitive, more aggressive and more hysterical.

He linked this shift to the temporary relocation of residents from the southern part of the Zaporizhia region, describing it as a background factor driving the tone of the discourse.

Former IAEA Director-General Rafael Grossi stated that the overall aim remains the protection of the Zaporizhzhia NPP. He described active negotiations with all parties interested in safeguarding the facility and ensuring its secure operation.

Grossi stressed that a stable, well-managed ZNPP would offer benefits to all sides and affirmed his commitment to pursuing this objective until it is achieved.

IAEA experts have reported ongoing, regular bombardment in the Zaporizhia region, underscoring the fragility of the area and the importance of careful, coordinated action by international partners to mitigate risks to the plant and its surroundings.
