The two detainees are the owners of the company where the deceased was employed. A man born in 1972 and his son, born in 1995, are both Spanish nationals. Investigators have charged them with illegal contracting and reckless manslaughter, according to initial reports from authorities.

The occupational accident happened around 10 a.m. at number 79 on Paseo de la Ermita del Santo. The 45-year-old Colombian man died after being electrocuted while on site, with investigators still examining the circumstances surrounding the incident.
