The Governor of Rostov Oblast, Vasily Golubev, announced that the Southern Region of the National Guard troops has received the Order of Zhukov by presidential decree issued by Vladimir Putin. According to Golubev, the ceremony was led by Viktor Zolotov, the Director of the Federal Service of the National Guard and Commander in Chief of the National Guard of the Russian Federation.
