Television Ratings Breakdown Amid August’s Final Night

On the final night of August, no network surpassed the double-digit mark in the ratings. TVE climbed to the prime-time spotlight thanks to the film Queen, recording an average audience share of 8.1% and about 842,000 viewers. Earlier in the evening, the show map reached a new peak with 8.7% audience share and roughly 946,000 fans tuning in.

Meanwhile, the new semi-final of Idol Kids did not move past 7.4% and 699,000 viewers. Telecinco managed only a minimal victory with Mallorca Files, which posted a modest 6.5% share and 527,000 viewers at the 3 o’clock slot. Documentary Princess: The Life of Lady Di drew 5.8% and 509,000 watchers on laSexta. The second Atresmedia channel’s bid easily outperformed the FBI: Most Wanted series in the quarter, scoring 4.7% with 466,000 viewers versus 2.9% and 311,000 for The Bastards of the Pizzofalcone, among others.
