Telemadrid is setting the stage for a new season that promises strong entertainment offerings. During a presentation at the close of FesTVal de Vitoria-Gasteiz, Content General Manager Ramon Camblor outlined the channel’s upcoming lineup, noting a remarkable shift in what viewers can expect. He remarked that having the chance to unveil this fresh slate at the festival would have seemed unbelievable a year earlier.

Paco Roncero, a leading figure in avant-garde cuisine with two Michelin stars and multiple national accolades, will host the new culinary talent show Tupper Club. Beginning Thursday, September 15 at 22:30, Roncero will guide three celebrities as they compete in the kitchen without knowing their rivals. The format pairs high stakes culinary challenge with the drama of live competition and strategic decision making from the chef overseeing the proceedings.

Roncero commented that the experience was enjoyable to produce and believes audiences will be equally entertained by a program that blends cooking with entertainment. He emphasized that the show covers every facet of cooking and culinary performance, offering viewers a comprehensive look at the craft.

The premiere episode features Carmen Alcayde, Quico Taronji, and José Manuel Parada, among a cast of thirty familiar faces who will push their culinary limits across ten weeks. While the contestants prepare a homedish, the chef will monitor progress remotely through videoconference, using the home environments as a stage for discovery. The contestants will present their dishes in three pots for judgment by their rivals, with Roncero casting the deciding vote in key moments.

Silvia Jato makes her return to Telemadrid to host LALALA, a flagship talent hunt for Madrid’s next great voice. The show will search for the city’s finest vocal talent, reuniting the presenter with a familiar network home after the program Metro a Metro. The judging panel will include singers Lorena Gómez and Dani Diges, along with choreographer Poty, while a dedicated production team will begin filming in coming days.

From hundreds of auditions, a selection of 96 candidates advances to the competition. They will face the critical lens and decisions of the LALALA jury as the season unfolds. In the first eight episodes, twelve contestants will perform well-known songs. The sixteen semi-finalists will strive to reach the final and be crowned Madrid’s best voice.

Ramon Camblor highlighted that the talent on display is exceptional. He described the selection as highly competitive and anticipated a strong jury. Silvia Jato announced that Ricky Merino will join as co-host of the new format, noting that the project exceeded expectations and represented a bold, ambitious undertaking that demanded considerable effort.

Lorenzo Caprile leads the Sewing and Singing program, a bold fusion of fashion history and performance. Caprile, a renowned tailor, will tour Madrid in a distinctive way by exploring clothing as a narrative device. Coser y Contar traces a ten-part journey through Madrid’s fashion heritage, with Caprile sharing insights from different corners of the Community, illustrating how apparel has reflected cultural moments across time. The aim is to reveal the power of clothing as a storytelling medium in Madrid’s history.

In Shine Iberia produced segments, Caprile unpacks lesser-known fashion stories, outfits, and curiosities of Madrid, linking design history to broader cultural contexts. He describes his approach as uncovering details about Balenciaga, exploring the jacket that ties to historical events like General Prim’s death, all while maintaining a playful, insightful tone that invites audiences to see fashion through a new lens. The host’s distinctive style and breadth of knowledge help bring these garments and their stories to life for viewers.

Additional innovations include a return to Minerva Piquero after more than a decade away from television. The new weekend afternoon format, Communicator, centers on visual storytelling through virtual and augmented reality. Yolanda Gómez Purón, the director, explains that the show will cover climate topics and atmospheric phenomena and examine their impact on the primary sector, while also highlighting heritage and gastronomy.

Produced by Eurotv from the Izen group, the program relies on a presenter who brings a strong track record in live broadcasting with a virtual reality set. Piquero reflects on past challenges, recalling the early days of live weather broadcasts and the fascination of a green-screen era that drew audiences to the magic of technology.

Beyond these new formats, Telemadrid’s Managing Director of Content also previewed other titles set to become staples for the season, including El Show de Bertín and new installments of existing favorites. An upcoming Moment with Anne Igartiburu will feature a guest list including Marta Sánchez, David Bustamante, Paz Padilla, Juanma Castaño, Santiago Segura, Karina, and Sheila Dúrcal.

To celebrate its 25th anniversary on air, the network will revisit the James Bond cycle with Ruta 179, expanding to new destinations and continuing with the enduring hit El Megahit and Madrileños around the world. Juntos y… with Inés Ballester will return to live broadcasts like Madrid Directo, continuing to engage audiences with timely, on-the-ground coverage as autumn unfolds. The season aims to connect with viewers across Madrid through live programming and dynamic storytelling that reflects the city’s ongoing energy and cultural richness.
