Finally, a photovoltaic kit is available in Spain, bringing solar energy to city apartments without a roof. A portable system that is easy to install and affordable lets panels cover balconies or exterior walls. They are removable, so they can be taken down whenever needed. While they cannot power an entire home, they can reduce the electricity bill by a substantial amount, often up to 40%.
One supplier offering these panels is Solarlab, which markets several terrace kits with photovoltaic panels built with ETFE technology. The plates are exceptionally light and flexible, backed by a six-year warranty and a 25-year performance guarantee.
Prices for these panels range from 800 to 2,400 euros, depending on capacity, ensuring a quick depreciation in most cases. This solution also suits tenants, who can install the panels and remove them immediately when relocating.

It is sufficient to position the panels in a sunny spot, connect them to the included microinverter, and run the system to any outlet in the home. The setup begins saving energy right away and lowers the monthly electricity bill.
