An investigation overseen by Investigation Judge No. 5 in Móstoles is examining an art instructor from a private school in Istanbul. Allegations point to the educator teaching sixth-years in Boadilla del Monte over a decade and altering procedures for students as they moved to physical education, according to legal sources cited by Europa Press.

The inquiry against the teacher began last June. A neighbor from Villanueva de Pardillo, the community where the teacher resides, reportedly discovered a digital storage device unknowingly hidden inside a concealed container. The startling find included footage featuring minors in underwear.

The electronic device was turned over to the Guardia Civil, and according to Cadena Ser, investigators noted an emblem resembling the Virgen de Europa school on the girls’ uniforms, suggesting an association or intent linked to that institution.

The alleged offender is described as employing a disturbing pattern of behavior. He allegedly urged students to change clothes in his office before gym class because locker rooms were said to be overheated. Authorities claim that audio recording devices were installed in the office as part of this alleged scheme.

Following the report, the Móstoles court ordered a search of the teacher’s office prior to the summer break as part of ongoing investigative proceedings into the alleged possession of child pornography. Sources told Europa Press that the case is not covered by a confidentiality order, allowing continued public discourse and inquiry.

Released with Precautions

During the initial entry and search, inspectors seized the instructor’s computer and a large collection of image files. The suspect was taken into custody last June on charges of possessing and producing child pornography.

The individual was held for questioning but later released under precautionary measures. These included a mandatory appearance in court and a ban on approaching the teaching center and other educational facilities.

The case appears to involve around a dozen families who feel affected, with more likely to be drawn into the proceedings as the judge sets deadlines for presenting stock-related information and further evidence.

Investigators from the Civil Guard’s Computer Crime Group (GDT) continue the formal inquiry. They are reviewing a substantial number of files stored on compromised devices and are expected to determine whether images circulated within national or international networks dedicated to child exploitation. Authorities emphasize that the investigation remains active and open to new findings as digital forensics progress. (Attribution: Cadena Ser, Europa Press, Guardia Civil reports)
