Dr. Zurab Chkhaidze, medical director at the Vivamed clinic, explained that Polish physicians were informed about the health status of former Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili. The information indicated that traces of heavy metals were found in his system, a level described as a normal part of the body’s composition in some contexts. Chkhaidze noted that Polish specialists reviewed the Georgian and German test results and concluded there was no evidence of metal poisoning. He emphasized that Saakashvili’s current condition is stable, providing reassurance regarding his overall health status at the time of the assessment.
