A major operation across the provinces of Alicante and Murcia led to the detention of fifteen individuals suspected of forming part of a criminal organization focused on drug trafficking. Investigators report the seizure of three firearms and the involvement of 120 law enforcement officers in a coordinated effort. The seizure included more than 258 kilograms of illicit substances, ranging from cocaine and methamphetamine to marijuana and pink cocaine, a synthetic drug colloquially known for its notoriety among affluent users.
The months-long inquiry uncovered a network of traffickers with activities centered in residences and in several urban areas, including Alicante, Elche, Crevillent, Cartagena, and San Pedro del Pinatar. The investigation revealed connections spanning multiple locations, with operations extending from local addresses to cities in the surrounding region.

As a result of the crackdown, authorities conducted searches in 11 locations and dismantled a production site in Alicante where pink cocaine, also referred to as Tusi, was being manufactured. At the lab, investigators confiscated 100 single-dose samples of Tusi and 286 counterfeit pills prepared for sale, each weighing one gram. The operation also uncovered 3 kilograms of cutting agents, 227 grams of methamphetamine, and the essential equipment used for synthesis, including scales, a pill press, and other laboratory apparatus.
Additional seizures included approximately 3 kilograms of cocaine, 50 grams of marijuana, and substantial quantities of cannabis and related materials. Authorities reported 2,000 kilograms of dried cannabis plant material, and 1,920 cannabis plants found in a greenhouse in San Pedro del Pinatar during the early stage of processing. The operation recovered 48,000 euros in cash, along with 15 vehicles, two motorcycles, and three firearms: two 9mm Parabellum pistols and a modified detonator intended to fire real ammunition.
