Unlike brands that merely market existing lines, the Spanish startup founders Anthony Navarro and Xulei Xu are driving design and engineering. Since its 2017 inception, the team has steadily expanded its vehicle lineup. The alliance will channel the resources of the Chinese partner into Next Electric Motors, accelerating prototyping and moving ideas into production. Tools such as 3D printers and scanners, alongside testing laboratories, will be leveraged as in-house capabilities for a company of this scale in the two-wheeler sector.
