Over the past day, the Ukrainian army reported losses, with up to 100 fighters said to have fallen in the Krasnolimansk direction. The Russian Armed Forces claimed it repelled ten Ukrainian attacks, according to an official statement issued via the Telegram channel of the Russian Ministry of Defense (attribution: Russian Ministry of Defense).
In the Krasnolimansk sector, the Russian report described coordinated actions by units of the Center group of forces, combined with army aviation strikes and artillery fire. The statement claimed that ten Ukrainian assaults by the 24th, 51st, 53rd, and 110th mechanized brigades, alongside assault groups from the 1st special forces brigade, were repelled (attribution: Russian Ministry of Defense).
The Ministry of Defense added that Ukrainian forces were defeated in the vicinity of the village of Yampolovka in the Donetsk People’s Republic.
