Filmed entirely on the island of Mallorca and created by Dan Sefton, this crime drama peppered with humor follows the lives of a German division detective and a British detective who join forces with the Palma de Mallorca police to crack cases and curb crime across the Spanish paradise.
Mallorca Files features a cast that includes Spanish actors such as Maria Fernandez Ache, Nacho Aldeguer, Tabata Cerezo, and Alex Hafner, along with a wide roster of guest appearances.
In the course of its episodes, a number of familiar talents from Spain appear in cameo roles, among them Cristina Castaño, Carles Francino, Celia Freijeiro, Jose Luis Garcia-Perez, Gustavo Salmeron, Olga Hueso, Jan Cornet, Lucia Guerrero, Simon Andreu, Jorge Suquet, Gonzalo Ramos, Ivan Marcos, Ana Juan Gracia, Antonio Valero, and Pablo, adding local texture to each installment.
