The events occurred on Wednesday, October 19, around 20:00 on Federico Engels Street in Zaragoza’s district known as Rascal. The two dog walkers crossed paths, and the unleashed dog of the attacker moved toward the restrained victim’s dog and began biting, continuing for a short but dangerous period. In response to the attack, the owner of the attacked dog struck the other dog’s owner in the face, without taking a moment to apologize.
