Kadyrov Calls for Akhmat Redeployment to Artemovsk in Telegram Letter

President of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov addressed a message to the President and Commander-in-Chief of Russia, Vladimir Putin, through his Telegram channel. The statement was presented as a formal letter, reportedly signed at the conclusion of a meeting with Chechnya’s security forces. In the document, Kadyrov called for a redeployment of Akhmat special forces to Artemovsk, the Ukrainian-designated city also known as Bakhmut. He asserted that the letter had already been transmitted to the appropriate authorities. According to Kadyrov, the Akhmat units are prepared and ready to move to Artemovsk without delay.
