AGB was scheduled for trial recently on charges that include persistent sexual abuse of a minor under 16, using a minor to produce pornographic material, and possession of child pornography. The prosecutor sought a prison term of twelve and a half years. The accusation states that the defendant posed as a well known YouTuber to lure a girl into sending videos and photos showing sexual activity involving their dog. The accused did not attend the hearing, and as a result the Eighth Division Court of the Barcelona Court ordered a search, arrest, and detention.

Prosecutors allege that the events occurred between 2018 and 2019, with the accused contacting a 13-year-old victim who was impersonating a famous influencer online. After several exchanges, the defendant allegedly promised to help the victim increase his follower count on Instagram in exchange for sexual material involving the dog. The public indictment asserts that the accused had full knowledge of the minor’s age and, in conversations, told the victim about a challenge that would help gain followers. The challenge reportedly involved recording a video showing the dog performing sexual acts with anything on the body, intentionally avoiding contact with hands or feet.

Messages

The defendant allegedly sent multiple messages on social media asking the minor for nude photos and explicit video content. Messages reportedly included requests like sending a video of the person alone at home with the dog or filming with better lighting. The prosecution contends that the accused pressed the victim to submit videos and images of sexualized scenes featuring the animal, aiming to use them for sexual gratification involving the underage participant.

On July 7, 2020, authorities carried out a search of the defendant’s residence and recovered pornographic images depicting minors in sexual situations with animals, alongside images showing lonely individuals or adults. Investigators confirmed that the defendant managed two Instagram accounts, one of which posted a December 2018 story inviting followers with a dog to contact him for a challenge. Beyond the imprisonment request, prosecutors are seeking restitution of 6,000 euros to address the moral damages alleged to have been caused to the victim.
