Indra reported a net profit of 206 million euros for 2023, marking a 19.8% rise from 172 million euros in the prior year. The company also announced an ordinary dividend of 0.25 euros per share charged to 2023 earnings, maintaining the same payout as the previous year, as disclosed to the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) on Wednesday.
Additionally, Indra generated 4.343 billion euros in revenue for 2023, up 12.8% from 3.851 billion euros in 2022. This growth reflects continued momentum across the company’s key sectors and markets, underscoring a resilient performance in a dynamic tech and defense landscape.

“Throughout 2023, the Defense and Technology divisions extended their growth trajectories, and we pursued meaningful improvements in the work we deliver to our clients. We believe we have a strong starting point for our new Strategic Plan, which will be presented on March 6,” said Marc Murtra, president of Indra.

The technology and defense group recorded an EBITDA of 446 million euros, up 11.5% from 400 million euros in the previous year, while operating profit (EBIT) stood at 347 million euros, an increase of 15.6% year over year.
Regarding the dividend, the board of directors proposed to the upcoming shareholders’ meeting the distribution of an ordinary cash dividend of 0.25 euros gross per share, charged to 2023 earnings, with payment scheduled for July 11, 2024.
