  • Half a kilo of minced meat
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 1 large onion

Preparation of homemade meatballs (40 minutes):

  1. Season the meat with salt, finely chopped garlic and parsley. Add a tablespoon of white wine and let the meat rest for about 15 minutes.

  3. Beat the eggs and add them to the mixture.
