This winding gorge, often called hell valley, welcomes bold hikers with nearly 7,000 rock-carved steps. Fountains and orchards along the Camino Real between Benimaurell and Fleix are among the standout attractions on this route.

The old railway path between Alcoy and Alicante is not circular, offering about 10 kilometers one way and another 10 returning.

Via Verde de Alcoy is an excellent route for cycling.
