After receiving acute treatment, she was evacuated to a specialized facility for ongoing pediatric support.

In a separate stream of care, an eighteen-year-old girl with severe polytrauma was transported to the Virgen de la Peña General Hospital in Fuerteventura. From there she was moved by air to another hospital capable of providing higher level pediatric and neonatal services, ensuring she received comprehensive medical attention.

Among the other injured were a forty-year-old man, a forty-nine-year-old woman, and a forty-three-year-old man. Each of them was admitted to Virgen de la Peña General Hospital for evaluation and treatment of their injuries.

Two pediatricians, two doctors, and two nurses from the Corralejo Health Center were involved in the on-site care, supported by two medical helicopters, two medical ambulances, and three primary life support helicopters that were deployed to the scene.

The Emergency and Rescue Group, part of the regional government, dispatched a helicopter to assist with the mission, while firefighters, civil protection personnel, and local police units joined the response to secure the area and manage the flow of people and vehicles. The exact cause of the vehicle veering onto the central street and impacting the terrace remains under investigation.
