Beer to recover after physical exertion
Thrive, a Belgian company, is launching a non-alcoholic beer fortified with proteins and vitamins, designed for post-exercise consumption. The beverage is made from natural ingredients with no added sugar, and its formula was developed in collaboration with the University of Leuven, comprising water, barley malt, hops, yeast, and protein.

Tentorium Energy, based in Ulldecona, has long developed high-quality vegan products. It also offers a garlic and parmesan flavoured condiment under the Nuveg brand, a nutritional supplement. The sauce delivers 43% bioavailable protein and contains the full range of B vitamins.

A new era in healthy snacks
Snack’inForYou offers serrano ham chips as a high-protein, crunchy snack made with just ham and salt. It also features crunchy poppers such as peas, chickpeas, rice, and broccoli. Gala Foods, the maker of Torres potato chips, introduces Ouegg, a single-ingredient snack with a crispy texture. This product boosts egg protein to about 48% while keeping carbohydrates low and providing iron, vitamin D, and calcium.

Completely vegan casseroles, fabadas and stews
Catalan brand Nuveg offers an easy-to-prepare vegan jerky filling made from pea and faba proteins. The Jan Zandbergen Group produces lamb strips based on pea, wheat, and soy proteins and crafts traditional and vegan dishes such as Valencian Dacsa, Madrid stew, fabada, and lentils.
