AITEX met Business Awards Edition IV with whom it wants to strengthen the Spanish business fabric and add value. These awards are available in 2022 three modalitiesAnother one from the previous call that companies headquartered in Spain can opt for.
AITEX awards innovation and/or sustainability in textiles and innovation and/or sustainability in cosmetics It will recognize companies in these industries that develop a highly innovative product or production process, or lead to a product or production process that actively contributes to sustainable development and environmental protection through eco-efficient management.
Category “AITEX Award for the best entrepreneurial venture” unprecedented in this edition of the awards. Its purpose is to recognize creativity and innovation in the implementation of new business ideas. Firms from any legally established sector can apply between 2019-2021.
In total, prizes will be awarded 90.000 €, 50 percent more than the previous edition. Two projects will be distinguished in each category. The first to be classified will receive €20,000 and the second prize winner will receive €10,000.
The deadline for nomination submissions for Edition IV of the AITEX Business Awards ends: 17 October 2022.
An expert jury of senior representatives textile, cosmetics, corporate and business sectorwill evaluate the offers submitted after that day. This will take into account the value proposition, its innovation or environmental impact, the results achieved, the socioeconomic footprint and the quality of the offer submitted.
AITEX business awards are consolidated at national level
AITEX Business Awards was born in 2018. Since then, it has become one of the main initiatives the tech center wants. increase business fabric and contribute to making Spanish companies more competitive.
In the previous edition, 51 candidates were submitted, 40 percent of whom came from outside the Valencian Community. The winners in the 2021 “AITEX Innovation Award Against COVID-19” category were: Biomicia SL and Destiny Decor SL “AITEX Sustainability Award” went to Care Applications SLU and Creaciones Euromoda SL
