Free house price cuts second quarter growth to 8%

Free housing price increased by 8% year-on-year in the second quarter, The National Institute of Statistics (INE)’s Home Price Index (IPV) released this Thursday is half a point below the previous quarter’s growth, when it recorded its biggest recovery in nearly 15 years.
