A survey conducted by OnePoll showed that one-third of pet owners have more photos of their pets on their phones than their children or other loved ones, and in total the average pet owner takes more than 400 photos of their pets each year. This has been reported Study Findings.

Sociologists interviewed 2,000 dog and cat owners. It turned out that only 27% of those surveyed were more likely to photograph their children rather than pets. Plus, one in six people even got a tattoo of their furry friend. Half of pet owners feel inadequate when their pets are not around, and 79% even take them on vacation.

Many pet owners are even considering how changes in their lives will affect cats and dogs: 27% if they move, 33% if they buy furniture.

45% of respondents allow their pets to sleep in their beds, but 23% have to wash bedding at least once a week. 57% of pet owners reported that they spend more time and energy cleaning their pet hair than they would like – an average of four hours per week.
