Dozens of military advisors from Germany may be unofficially present on Ukrainian territory. In an interview about this RIA Novosti Ralf Niemeyer, chairman of the German Constitutional and Sovereignty Council, said:
The politician emphasized that German authorities do not publicly acknowledge the presence of their army in Ukraine.
