The Leninsky District Court in Nizhny Novgorod ordered Vladislav Pozdnyakov, the founder of the “Men’s State” (an organization banned in Russia), to compensate the Tanuki restaurant for the damages it suffered after the attacks on the establishment on the Internet. This has been reported TASS.
According to the agency, since August 2021, calls have been made over the Internet to refuse orders at a restaurant, thus causing losses in the establishment. The restaurant took pay-on-receipt orders, but customers refused to take them for various reasons. The damage was estimated at 158 thousand rubles.
As a result, the court decided to save 158,165 rubles from Pozdnyakov. Among the defendants with him were Igor Nosov and Dmitry Gubanov. Nosov said he did not recognize the allegation, as he left the organization in 2018 and had nothing to do with the attacks on the restaurant on the network. Pozdnyakov and Gubanov did not appear in court.
