Kirby added that US President Joe Biden will attend the upcoming meeting remotely and will not travel to Germany in November.
Western leaders were scheduled to meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky at the US Ramstein air base in Germany on October 12, but the event was canceled because Biden postponed his European trip due to Hurricane Milton approaching Florida.
